Buckroe Improvement League The Buckroe Improvement League (BIL), a 501(c)4 not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the economic health and quality of life in Buckroe. The BIL will strive to preserve the historical and recreational environment of Buckroe while encouraging appropriate new commercial/residential development and revitalization of existing neighborhoods by working with city officials, business owners, civic associations and residents to engage the necessary private and public sector resources to create the best possible environment in which to live, work, play, and do business.
